New Hair Style, New Look

Recently, I have just had my hair cut. I think it has been more than 4 months since the last time I cut my hair. From my first post's photos, you can see that my hair was really long and messy. Even worse if you look from behind of me, sometimes I feel like a girl, when there is wind, my hair is blown likewise a girl's hair blown by wind although my hair is not as long as girl's. The hair in front near forehead was also very long, sometimes it irritated my eyes and my eyes became irritated indicated by red sign. The redness of my eyes was not because of my hair, but it was because when my eyes were irritated by my hair, my eyes would feel itchy and I tended to rub it until my eyes became red.

It is not that I did not want to have my hair cut, but it is because the hair dressers near where I live cost really expensive for a single hair cut. They cost around RM 20-25. Actually I know there is one place that costs only RM 9 for a single hair cut. The place is somewhere near North Wing of UCSI University. Unfortunately, I went there twice but it did not open for business. I thought it has closed forever and ever. However, once I took UCSI shuttle bus and from the window I saw that the barber shop opened for business. By that time, I had already had my hair cut somewhere near there also which cost me RM 12.

Now, I already have a new look after having my hair cut and this is my photo after the hair cut:

Doesn't it look good? I mean my hair, actually you do not need to see my face because my face looks not good here. I have no choice because this photo was actually taken for certain application submission. So, please leave comment and thank you ^^ .

Games Played during Holiday

Okay, from the previous post I did mention that I spent my semester break with playing games. So what were the games that I played? Want to know? If you do not want to know, it's okay, I am still going to introduce them to you ^^ .
  1. Age of Empires II
This game is a quite old game, but it is still worth playing. It is a strategic game, you build your buildings and all sorts of things, create your soldiers and go invade enemies. The objective is to destroy all of the enemies to gain victory. You can choose to play the campaigns in single player mode, or you can also choose to play custom game in multiplayer mode. During semester break, I played in multiplayer mode with my housemates Pang Khang Soon and Ding Kar Yong. Below is the game's trailer:

  2. Crysis 2
One of the latest games that I chose to play. This game is a first person shooting game. Basically, you are controlling a super soldier which is very strong and its nano suit has several features which help in combating including invisibility, armor mode, etc. The campaign mode allows you to play the story plot where New York city is under invasion of alien. The alien is somewhat like a jelly squid attached to machine. The exact story I am still not sure as I have not finished playing this game since the new semester of study has started. I would recommend this game because it has a very nice graphic and the story seems to be interesting. If you want to know more, you can try it yourself. Below I will post the story trailer:

  3. Devil May Cry 4
Devil may cry 4 is a role-playing game which is the only game that I managed to finish the game play during semester break. This is another good game with good graphic but for me the graphic is not as good as the graphic in crysis 2. A new protagonist was created for this game named Nero while Dante who has been always the main protagonist in previous series of devil may cry can also be played here in the second half of the game. This game is fun because the character is able to demonstrate the so called 'beautiful' movement of slashing with multiply combos of skills. The objective of the game is to stop the evil's creation of savior by Sanctus, the main antagonist character of this game. You might have to try if you want to know more about this game and the following is the trailer:

  4. Dungeon Siege II
This game is introduced by Felius Yuseli, my room mate. This game is a role-playing game with a not really good graphic. The game is quite okay although I have not finished the entire game play. Not many thing that I can elaborate here, the only way to know about this game is to play it yourself and next is the trailer:

  5. DDtank
This game is also introduced by Felius Yuseli. This is a web-browser based game, without downloading and paying for it, we can play this game for free. This game is somewhat similar to 2D gunbound shooting game. Playing this for short period is quite fun for me but not many people thinks so. Playing for not so long time, I actually already get bored to it. For first encounter, playing with friends is also not a bad idea. Orientation Day in UCSI

It has been a long time since I came to Malaysia for the first time. With a blink of eyes, time flies, and I have been staying in Kuala Lumpur for more than one year. Life now still keeps going on.

Semester break has just ended for about 2 weeks and life continues with university life as a student accompanied by lot of assignments, lab reports waiting to be done. But before we move one forward, let's take a look at what I had done during semester break.

Basically, what I did during semester break was playing computer games, but other than that, I joined a more meaningful activity (which I think so) took place in UCSI University. It was the orientation for the new students and I was one of the facilitators who help the students in getting know more about their new life in their new university. It was a 2-day orientation which lied on 27th and 28th of April and it was fun. Previously, I also took part in the same event back in January 2011.So, this was my second time taking part in such a event. In this event, I got the chance to meet a lot of new people which is one my interests. Below I will share day-1 photo taken in that event:

From this photo, I will introduce people captured but only boys will be introduced, as for girls I have to respect their privacy as it is really important for them, but if you can track down yourself, then I have nothing to say. For boys I can only say sorry that I cannot respect your privacy but I think you all have to be grateful as I am promoting you all here ^^ . From left to right: Heng Win Sen, Hew Yik Lim, Felix Tanjaya, and lastly in the middle is Wong Hui Vern.

Another photo on day-2:

Again the boys are: from left to right Hani, the middle one: ??? (I don't know his name) and me.
